The hotel is in a perfect area of St Augustine, right in the heart overlooking the bridge of lions, with superb quality rooms and top-notch service. However, the dining options could be improved, and the rooms are not fully refurbished to a superb quality.
The hotel is perfectly situated on the Habour in a superb area of St Augustine, right across the street from the marina. The rooms are refurbished, offering two beds, but not in a superb quality. The service is excellent with efficient housekeeping and helpful tours/ticket assistance. While the dining is not included, it features award-winning local meats. The facilities are convenient, making it a great choice for your stay.
Our stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but not of the highest quality. The service was decent and the location was perfect, close to many attractions and restaurants. The dining experience was satisfactory, with delicious options provided. However, some areas could use improvement for a more exceptional experience.
